Harish has over 32 years of experience in top management roles with the government and 19 years post-retirement as the Chairperson of the Consumer Forum, Govt. of Delhi, as well as a consultant with PSUs and the private sector. His expertise spans administration, engineering, legal affairs, procurement, construction, inspections, mediation, arbitration, recruitment, training, planning, development, and execution.

He has managed staff during national and international assignments, training, and their empowerment. Harish has also overseen departmental inquiries on technical and commercial issues of contractors and has facilitated settlements of disputes between investors and contracting parties. He is adept at ensuring compliance with government regulations, effective communication, team building, reviewing financial and technical reports, and handling emergencies.

Experience

Harish chaired the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for an electricity distribution utility under the Government of Delhi, serving over 20 lakh consumers in South and West Delhi. He resolved 3322 cases with logical judgments from June 2009 to June 2014.

Additionally, he acted as an Arbitrator, handling cases in LV and HV substations constructions and the real estate sector, focusing on technical and commercial issues with contractors, including negotiations and sometimes mediation.

Harish also worked as a Consultant for GAA Advisory, New Delhi, where he was responsible for valuating projects for various corporations, banks, financial institutions, and heavy industries.
