He has been proactively  managing corporate litigation and has experience in corporate law which not only includes drafting/vetting  and negotiating agreements/addendums for the Company (such as service level agreements, corporate  agency agreements, NDAs, Master Service Agreements, lease deeds) but also includes corporate matters, such as the incorporation of companies, directors’ and shareholders’ rights, articles  of association, board meetings, private equity, funds management, dispute resolution and all legal  compliance under the Company Act.
